Vendor Requirements & Approval
Insurance & Licensure
All vendors performing work in common areas or units that affects shared building systems must provide current proof of liability insurance ($1 million minimum), workers' compensation coverage, and any required Florida licensure. Certificates must be on file with management before work begins.
Proposing a New Vendor
Owners wanting to add a vendor to the approved list should submit a request to management with the vendor's contact information and certificate of insurance. New vendors are reviewed monthly by the board.
